Welcome!

Hello! My name is Katie and my family is building a new house so I made this blog to help my family and friends or who ever is reading this to see what we're doing! I will try to post the most I can! I will probably post pictures on days that big things have been done to the house. Let me just tell you a little bit about this house, Our family has lived in it for about 14 years and It's a little over 100 years old. It was a little farm house and on the main floor it was about 1000 square feet! Our dining room was built as a lod cabin in the 1800's! It was a very nice house but it was a little small for us. Our plans started out as an addition on to the house but now it was torn down last Wednesday ( May 9, 2012). I got this idea for a blog from a group of moms that my mom is friends with! They were talking about how it would be cool to use my blogging skills from a class I take at my school and really see what I have learned!
